REGISTRATION AND TUITION COSTS
All WCS tuition and fees will be billed through FACTS. All families need to create an account with FACTS/RenWeb and all tuition payments will be due on the 5th of the month. Please note that FACTS charges a $40 late fee for all overdue accounts. There will be no refund of tuition due to absences. Tuition remains constant regardless of the number of classes or days in any given month, it is not prorated.
The Registration Fee is due upon registration and is non-refundable for any reason. The annual supply fee is due in July or after enrollment is complete and is non-refundable. Regular tuition payments begin in August or the first month of enrollment. Please refer to the tuition portion of the school handbook for additional information.

SCHOOL HOURS
Drop off for all Kindergarten-8th grade begins at 7:40am when teachers open doors.
Kindergarten-8th Grade: 7:50am-3:10pm
Half-Day Kindergarten: 7:50am-11:30am
Early Drop Off is available for preschool students from 7:40-8:30am for $2 per day.
Preschool 3’s & 4’s: 8:30am-11:30am
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM
WCS offers Extended Day for preschool and half-day Kindergarten students Mondays through Thursdays. Extended Day begins at 11:30am and ends at 2:30pm. Students must be enrolled and attend school in order to attend the Extended Day program for that day. Each student will need to bring a lunch and a rest mat on the day(s) he or she stays. Enrichment opportunities are also available to students for an additional fee from outside sources.
