Kristina Fitzpatrick

Athletics Director

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Love.”– 1 Romans 8:38-39

My name is Kristina Fitzpatrick or “Coach Fitz” and I am the athletics director and one of the P.E. teachers. I am so blessed to be a part of the Woodway Christian family where I get the privilege of sharing Jesus with young kiddos!

I grew up in St. Louis, MO with two devoted, loving parents and two brothers.  I started playing almost every sport as early as I can remember and though I loved them all, volleyball was my favorite.  I was recruited to play volleyball for Baylor in 2012 and majored in Nutrition Sciences. After graduating with my B.S., I knew that I wanted to pursue my passion for coaching and teaching. God opened the door that I could continue my education at Baylor while pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Pedagogy. Through His mercy and placing the right people in my life, I heard about the opening at Woodway Christian and He made it clear that this was the position for me.

I am so excited that I get to be a part of God’s plan for this year at WCS! I believe that regardless of each child’s physical ability, he can find joy in using His body as a living sacrifice (Romans 12:1) to serve others and Christ.  Sports and physical play can be so beneficial to the social, spiritual, and physical well-being of a child and I will work my hardest to ensure each student feels included, competent, confident, and joy in P.E. and athletics!
