“…every tongue shall confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”
Philippians 2:11

I was raised as an Army Brat and have lived in many states, from the deep south in Louisiana to the north in Michigan… from the west in Alaska to the east in Virginia and New Jersey. I have lived in Germany twice and graduated from high school in a German castle. I came to Texas in 1975 to attend Baylor University and have lived here almost ever since. My husband, my two children and I went on the mission field down on the Mexican border for two years and actually did our missionary training with YWAM in Hawaii for three months, but other than that I have lived in Waco, TX since 1975. I have been in education since 1979: 27 years in the classroom and 10 years as an education specialist at Education Service Center, Region XII. I also homeschooled my children for three years while preparing for and serving on the mission field.

My husband and I have been married for 40 years. We have two children and one precious grandson. I gave my life to Jesus at the age of 12 and I have loved and served him ever since! I love teaching at Woodway Christian, and I lean on Him every day and love to stand back and watch Him work! He is an AWESOME GOD!
